Continually amazed and inspired by the vision, and scope of vision, that Steve Jobs employed. His calm, his patience, his composure, and willingness to engage and be held accountable - to put himself out there, so to speak. It's remarkable, really. Listening to him describe, over a decade ago, our almost current technological state, is extremely heartwarming and prescient. Like great cartographers, it's not so much that they created the maps, but that they had the courage to explore new terrain. Of course, he wasn't alone in the adventure, he had some incredible help along the way. Yet, Steve Jobs had an intuitive sense of destination, one acquired, not by inspiration, but dedication and hard work. In other words, he was a man of his time.
